The Workforce Development Board is recruiting for Disability Resource Coordinators!

The Workforce Development Board of Herkimer, Madison and Oneida Counties (WDB/HMO), Inc., is recruiting for two Disability Resource Coordinators (DRCs)!

One DRC will provide capacity building services throughout Herkimer, Madison & Oneida (HMO) Counties and the other will provide capacity building services throughout Chenango, Delaware and Otsego (CDO) Counties. The HMO DRC will be based in Utica, NY. The CDO DRC can be based in either Norwich, NY, or Oneonta, NY.

These positions are a full time, three year opportunity funded through New York State Department of Labor and their partners.

The salary will be $45 – 50,000 per year with benefits, including health insurance, retirement fund matching up to 6%, 35 hour work week, 2 weeks’ vacation and dental insurance.

Reimbursed travel required throughout each three county area. Must have dependable transportation.
