Responsible for clean-up of the equipment after smash-ups or misfeeds. Responsible for monitoring and communicating any process or product abnormalities to your Supervisor, Team Leader, or Line Technician. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Flexibility to work all shifts including second, third, weekends and holidays.

Program Director – Aging Life Services Program - Otsego County
Catholic Charities Senior and Caregiver Support Services is seeking a Program Director with outstanding written and verbal communication, leadership and planning skills to oversee our Aging Life Services Program, currently in Columbia and Otsego Counties. The Aging Life Services Program provides case management services to older adults living in the rural community as well as non-medical in-home/community assistance utilizing volunteers.
This position will require regular travel (75%) to and around Otsego and Columbia Counties and will have mileage reimbursement. The Program Director will be responsible for supervision of program staff, directing the program, reviewing casefiles, and ensuring efficient, effective and compassionate service delivery.
Working with County stakeholders, local constituents and staff, the successful candidate will develop and implement countywide program planning/assessment activities to aid future program development/expansion as well as to ensure current agency programming is meeting the needs of seniors and caregivers in the community.
The Program Director’s communication, organizational and analytical skills will be essential in the development of potential funding streams and implementation strategies. The Program Director will be responsible for developing and monitoring outcome measures that demonstrate the impact of the services within the geographic region.
