Provides Case Management support with a client centered, non-judgmental, trauma informed harm reduction approach to anyone who lives with Opioid Use Disorder, Substance Use Disorder and Alcohol Use Disorder. Support Services: MCAT is available to anyone seeking crisis intervention services for children and adults in Delaware County. Services are available 24/7 and provide mental health assessments, crisis de-escalation, debriefing, linkage and follow up to services. Services are coordinated with schools, medical/mental health providers, and other agencies to provide crisis intervention and help monitor clients who are at risk.
